Paper Preparation Instructions
(Authors are kindly requested to follow the following instructions as closely as possible)

General Requirements for Papers
- To be submitted in the MS-Word using a “.doc” or “.docx” file format in the English language and verified by English spelling
- Paper length should not exceed 10 pages
- Page size should be A4 format (210x297)
- Top margin equals to 25 mm, other margins equal to 20 mm
- Font: Times New Roman
- Page numbers: Please do not paginate, page numbers will be assigned while compiling the Proceedings

Paper Text Layout
- Title: font size 14, bold, all capitals, centered
- Subtitle (if it is available): font size 12, bold, all capitals, centered
- Name of author(s), title, organization, contact e-mail: font size 12, italics, centered
- Abstract: not more than 200 words, font size 11, right/left aligned, no spacing, no indent
- Key words: 4 to 7 words, font size 11
- Headings: font size 12, bold
- Sub-headings (if it is available): font size 11, bold
- The structure of Paper body is recommended to start with a “Introduction” chapter and end with a “Conclusion” chapter
- Body text font size: 11, 1.0 (single) spacing, 6 pt only before paragraph spacing, right/left aligned, no indent
- Table titles should be placed on the top of each table and should be numbered
- Figures and photographs titles should be placed at the bottom of each and should be numbered. As the Conference Proceedings will be printed in black and white we kindly ask authors, for best result, to insert figures in black and white, only. They should be embedded in the digital paper file in the proper position
- Mathematical equations should be typewritten using the equation editor MS-Word. Each equation should occur on a new line with one line spacing from adjacent text, should be numbered sequentially and their number-identifier enclosed in parenthesis, external page side justified. Subscripts and superscripts should be clearly shown. A glossary of meanings should be provided for any symbols used in formulae which are not otherwise defined in the text of the manuscript. System International (SI) units should be used all the times
- Reference: Each citation in the text should be numbered in square brackets “[ ]”.

[1] Name(s) of Author(s), “The title of the book”, edition number, Publisher, year of publication
[2] Name(s) of Author(s), “The title of the conference paper”, Proceedings of “Conference Title”, Conference location, Vol. #, year of publication, pp 5-12
[3] Name(s) of Author(s), “The title of the journal paper”, Journal Name, Vol. #, No. #, year of publication, pp 15-21
[4] Name(s) of Author(s), “Title of web page”, Title of the web site, Date and/or Version Number of the site, Name of Sponsoring Institution, Date site was accessed <URL of site>.
- Appendices should have titles (font size 12, bold) and labeled as “Appendix A”, “Appendix B” etc. (text font size 11)

Paper Submission
- All papers may be edited in format and style for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all the contents
