Reminder

Dear Colleagues,

Let me kindly remind you that the organizing committee (LOC) is awaiting your papers in March. Requirements to writing papers are given on the page http://conference2013.aumsu.ru/index.php/papers of the Conference web site http://conference2013.aumsu.ru

Information on transfer to Novorossiysk is given on page http://conference2013.aumsu.ru/index.php/travel-informationm
The nearest International Airport is located in Krasnodar (160 km) if you go from your country via Vienna, Istanbul, Dubai, Tel-Aviv and etc. (flights are indicated on the site and will be renewed if changed closer to summer).
If you prefer to go to Novorossiysk via Moscow you can also use other airports located in Gelendgik and Anapa which are closer to Novorossiysk (40, 60 km accordingly). In any case we will meet you in the airport and deliver to Novorossiysk.

Taking into account location near sea and University I should recommend you the hotel Novorossiysk (3 stars), the hotel "Nadezhda" (5 stars) is no doubt more comfortable, but much more expensive. Furthermore the hotel 'Nadezhda" is located outside Novorossiysk ( approximately 20 km), but all participants regardless location of their hotels will be brought to the University every day.

  2^nd Announcement

Dear colleagues,

Thanks to all authors for forwarding abstracts.

Today geography of the authors submitted abstracts stretches from USA via Europe to Philippines! This encourages and gives confidence in success of the First BSAMI Conference.

The themes of abstracts allowed to define the most popular today Conference matters and formulate Paper Preparation Instructions (file enclosed).

Please send us both full size Paper and the Abstract in accordance with Instructions. We remind that the deadline for Paper submitting is 15^th March 2013.

Kindly ask you not to defer writing of the Paper for a long time and forward it to us for further processing as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Dear colleagues,

We take the opportunity of reminding you that 15th of November is the deadline for submitting Abstracts for “BSAMI 2013” Conference, information is given on site http://conference2013.aumsu.ru

Let us bring to your attention some new information on the Conference:

1) Conference fee can be paid either beforehand by a banker’s transfer or in cash on arrival to the conference.

In both cases you should be registered in advance on the site of the Conference.

2)Two variants of participants’ accommodation are available:

- in the hotels of town Novorossiysk (information is given on the site of the conference);

- on the coastline of the Black Sea in the rest houses.

Transfer from airport and during Conference is provided in both cases.

We ask you to indicate your preferences while registration or by e-mail.

3) We kindly ask all who need visas to Russia apply to Organization Committee as soon as possible.

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to take part in the 1^st International Conference of Black Sea Association of Maritime Institutions (BSAMI) – “BSAMI 2013” to be held from 25 to 27 June 2013 at Admiral Ushakov State Maritime University (Novorossiysk, Russia).

“BSAMI 2013” is the first Conference of a newly formed Association which aims to promote advanced ideas to education and techniques of marine industry. This aim defines a wide scope of the Conference and is not limited by suggested topics.

Along with the basic work of the Conference the additional cultural program both for participants and for accompanying persons is planned. You will have a good opportunity to feel unique natural advantages of the Black Sea coast of Russia (see Accompanying Persons Program). We would be very happy to see you at the Conference in our University.
